The Rosendin Foundation donates $25,000 to The Grayson County Children's Advocacy Center.
The Rosendin Foundation donated $25,000 to the Grayson County Children’s Advocacy Center. This donation was said to help fight and reduce childhood trauma along with making a positive impact on the community. The money was used to support the center’s mental health program, which provides services to children who have experienced abuse.
“It takes a lot of funding to fuel,” said GCCAC executive director Britney Barker. “We do receive some state and federal funding for that, but it’s never enough to cover the fuel need. So, this money helps make sure that every child that needs our services after experiencing abuse can have access to them.”
