Employee Spotlights

“I enjoy MPS because I get to work on a variety of components within the steel design portion of our business, and always learn a lot as I go. I get excited about the opportunities ahead. As a team, I feel like we can accomplish some major things in our industry. It takes everyone, from design to production, to achieve what we have thus far to meet our customers’ needs, and I’m happy to be a part of that.“
“I’ve learned many lessons throughout my employment at MPS. The main one is there’s no success when you don’t enjoy what you're doing. Put in your full efforts no matter the highs and lows, and always strive for greatness. With the massive growth of MPS and its leadership, there is no end to the possibilities of success for all our brothers and sisters. It is truly an honor to be a part of this team, and I look forward to future endeavors!“
"I couldn’t be happier with the way things have gone for me since I’ve come back to work for MPS. I was given the opportunity to work with the design team here, and have been enjoying the process/transition. I've been given the tools and opportunity to do great things and be successful. It's up to me now to make the most of it and that's exactly what I plan to do."
