Simon Harkins provides design and construction services to some of the largest data center providers in the world utilizing both traditional and offsite approaches.

Previously he served as Mission Critical Program Manager for a large electrical contractor and was involved with billions of dollars in master site planning, program development, and pre-construction in various regions of the United States.  In 2011, he began focusing on offsite construction and the development of new modular products.

Prior to his current role, Simon served as Technical Director of a modular data center manufacturing company as well as Head of Product Development at MPS. Now as Managing Director, he is instrumental in guiding business direction and maintaining focus on quality, value, and the customer experience.

Alex Fisher has an immersive leadership style with over 27 years of successfully steering high-value, large-scale projects across domestic and international construction sectors.  His construction portfolio is highlighted by $12 billion in placement value and over 11 million square feet developed in class A office, ambulatory medical, light industrial, and data center spaces.  Alex’s forward-thinking approach ensures all phases of the MPS operational infrastructure are efficient in execution, are scalable for growth, and meet the demands of our customer needs.   His managerial approach fosters a customer centric environment driven on continuous improvement within the Production, Account Management, Data Collection, Quality Control, Safety, and Site Service teams he leads.  Alex’s approachable manner and intuitive leadership style ensure that all team members feel valued in their contributions and are a perfect complement to the MPS Core Values of caring, sharing, listening, innovating, and excelling.

In her 7 years as Business Manager at MPS, Alec has played a pivotal role in growing the company from a $10M enterprise to a $500M industry leader. She helped spearhead the launch of four new manufacturing facilities, totaling nearly 1 million SF, grown the staff from 25 to 100 employees, coordinated Union contracted workforce of 500+ tradespeople, and oversees the upfront proposal preparation and contract documentation with some of the largest names in global technology.

Alec was an inaugural recipient of the Autodesk Construction Cloud Champion Award, a global recognition honoring top innovators shaping the future of the industry. She was also nominated for the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association Outstanding Professional of the Year, highlighting her influence and impact in the field.

Before her tenure at MPS, Alec held roles in data analysis, corporate strategy and financial auditing with a national consumer-packaged goods corporation.

Mike Sweet leads all of MPS’ teams of talented designers, engineers and BIM modelers and has overseen the design and fabrication of 3,000+ skids and enclosures during his tenure with MPS.

He has extensive technical experience in large-scale data centers through his previous project manager, product manager, consulting engineer, and site support roles.

Previous projects have included fully detailing a 2,000sq ft tech center, redesigning an existing 1.2MW (N+1) enclosure product, new design of an (N+1) data center in Ohio, HVAC modifications, technical expertise for mechanical and plumbing systems, and other site services.

John Cochran is the MPS Head of Production, overseeing all manufacturing operations across all of our facilities.  John brings 30+ years of experience in leading Production Teams, Superintendents and Foreman on large-scale projects including mission-critical hospitals, airports, the Pentagon and data centers.  John holds a Master Electrician License, Construction Quality Management Certification from USACE, and multiple National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Certifications.

John’s meticulous focus on safety, planning, and quality are paramount to the success of our manufacturing operations, but his warm, energetic, approachable manner are what really drive the loyalty and excellence of his teams.

Scott Taylor is an experienced supply chain professional with successes in negotiation, procurement, logistics, coordination with construction teams on delivery of product, and distribution management.  His innovative supply chain diversification strategies, tailored approach to product/service delivery, and ability to address capacity constraints make him a valued member of the MPS product delivery team.  He holds an engineering degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Post-Graduate degree from the Navy Supply Corps School in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Procurement, and is a Veteran Naval Officer.

Cody Kolbe offers over 10 years experience in project and operations management within the mission critical space, delivering over 400MW of both modular and stick-built data center facilities.

His technical expertise spans the manufacturing and production lifecycle, including financial management, modular construction planning, procurement, BIM coordination, schedule management, vendor management, labor forecasting, specification development, equipment installation and offsite commissioning.  Cody has also led the development and oversight of programs focused on the modularization of electrical distribution systems for classified data center clients.

Cody’s strong organizational and project management skills have been instrumental in advancing continuous improvement programs across the organization.

Quy Doan comes to MPS with extensive experience in research and development, mechanical and chemical processes, and project and design management.  As Senior Engineering Team Lead, he collaborates with the engineering and design teams to develop and refine standards and best practices to drive efficiency, consistency, and quality. His leadership emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving to support the long-term growth and success of the organization.

With a background spanning biopharma, semiconductor manufacturing and commercial construction, Quy has successfully led cross-functional teams to execute complex engineering initiatives. Prior to his current role, he held key positions at Plenty and PM Group, where he managed large-scale product development and high-value construction projects. His ability to implement strategic processes, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence has been a critical asset in every organization he has served.

Aaron directs continuous improvement, training, CRM systems, and ERP systems at MPS. His team of experts is creating new processes and software solutions to manage the quality, cost, and scheduling of prefabricated products for data center construction. Prior to his role as the director of continuous improvement, he led multi-site operations at MPS and developed workstation manufacturing to improve process flow, cycle time, quality, and productivity. He also created systems to manage planning, forecasting, and quality.

Before MPS, Aaron led teams up to 1,500 people across multiple sites in manufacturing and fulfillment at the greatest logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment company in the world, Amazon. He led teams for Amazon in Scotland, England, Houston, Philadelphia, and Dallas for fulfillment and manufacturing. Previously, he was a continuous improvement manager at Raytheon in Texas. Prior to Raytheon, he led construction, land development, and prefabrication teams for residential and commercial construction. He also consulted a major online retailer in India for strategy and logistics. Aaron completed his MBA at Cornell University.

Matt Hall has over 35 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. He has spent his career managing budgets for million-dollar contracts, along with managing major purchases, subcontractors, and construction schedules. He manages the overall production and building of our biggest projects. He has experience in design, layout, prefabrication, value engineering, estimating, scheduling, and contracts. Matt’s skills and years of experience ensure that our projects are crafted and produced seamlessly.

Orrin Mitchell is the Director of Safety for MPS and has served in this role since 2016.  He holds BCSP Certifications as a STSC, CHST and SMP (formally SMS) along with OSHA 30 certification.

As Regional Safety Director, he directly supervises 12 junior safety professionals, and together his team oversees the daily activities 500+ electricians working with heavy equipment, high voltage and other hazards across >500,000SF of floor space.  Orrin and his team have created safety programs, digital A/V safety trainings, and established safety processes from scratch for a rapidly scaling company.  They also manage continual daily visitors, suppliers and vendors and 100+ office staff, across 4 buildings in 3 different cities.  Orrin is also responsible to maintain all safety certifications, documentation and training.

Andrew is a Marine Corps Veteran with extensive product management, logistics, and industrial construction experience.  He is an alumni of both TCU and Texas A&M.

Marshall Giasson has over a decade of experience in Supply Chain Management. In 2019, Marshall officially joined MPS to help optimize its Supply Chain operations, bringing in key suppliers and vetting new partners for our Vendor Managed Inventory program. Progressing from Procurement Agent to Warehouse Manager and now Supply Chain Manager, he has played a key role in enhancing procurement strategies, improving Supply Chain efficiencies, and driving cost-effective solutions.

His collaborative approach across departments, suppliers, and manufacturers ensures that MPS receives high quality products at the best price and speed while continuously sourcing innovative ways to strengthen our supply chain.

Antwaun joined the IBEW LU 24 JATC apprenticeship program in 2000. He worked as a Journeyman Wireman beginning in 2004, giving him a unique ability to integrate leadership goals, engineering designs, and the technical ability of 400+ electricians into actionable programs to ensure quality across each of MPS locations.

Since joining MPS, Antwaun has fostered a team of professionals who execute his direction for maintaining MPS’ rigorous quality standards through regular inspections, documentation and audits throughout all phases of the project lifecycle – including factory production, testing, deployment and onsite commissioning teams.

Antwaun has also previously served as a mission-critical QA/QC/Cx Manager for Rosendin Electric.

Robert began his career at MPS as a wireman through Local 20, achieving his Journeyman and Master Electrical licenses. With several years of experience in all MPS product solutions, he was brought on to lead and eventually manage Quality Control. Robert has a deep understanding of QC programs, and his attention to detail helps to ensure that all MPS solutions are smoothly and precisely delivered to our clients.

Philip Powers is the Senior Manager of our Deployment and Site Services teams.

Jody Harbour is the Head of Production for our Sherman, Texas location.

Robert Webb has 35+ yrs in heavy industrial and electrical construction projects as Head of Production, Site Superintendent, QA/QC, OSHA safety trainer and a Journeyman electrician.  He has spent his career focusing on quality, safety, schedule and budget delivery for large-scale projects.

Examples from Bob’s portfolio include serving as the Systems QA/QC manager on $1.2B Light Rail project, and serving as the site Superintendent for multiple hospital campuses, Data Center/ Mission Critical campuses, Petro-Chem refineries/oilfields, commercial/ industrial facilities, Federal and State Dept. of Corrections facilities, and projects for the Dept. of Navy (NAVFAC).

Ernie Pullen is the Head of Production for our Lewisville manufacturing facility at 2555 S. Valley Parkway.

Katie began her career as a Civil Engineer P.E., working for the Department of Defense.   After serving in QC and PE roles across 4 states, including the largest data center ever built in the U.S. (at the time), she eventually opened a boutique consulting firm to help businesses develop their brand strategy.  She is proud to be serving MPS in communications, marketing, branding, and graphic design functions as MPS’ first Integrated Marketing Manager.
