About Modular Power Solutions
Modular Power Solutions was established in 2011 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Rosendin Holdings, Inc. and a sister company to Rosendin Electric, the largest design-build specialty electrical contractor in North America. With years of global experience in building large-scale data center electrical solutions, Rosendin Electric has delivered more than $2.5B of mission-critical work. Modular Power Solutions builds on that track record with over 600MW of installed UPS capacity, making it the leader in mission-critical modular deployments for North America.
Matthew Englert founded Modular Power Solutions to address rapidly growing demand for large‐scale, integrated data center electrical components. Englert works directly with clients to design, build, and deliver custom modular power solutions for data centers and other mission-critical operations centers.
As Senior Vice President of Rosendin Electric, Englert leads and manages the company’s Mission Critical business unit. Under his leadership, Rosendin’s Mission Critical sales have grown to more than $500 Million in electrical projects and data center construction, with projects throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Asia. Englert teams with developers, providers, contractors, and enterprise users to establish technical programs, conduct site assessments, and deliver highly reliable electrical and mechanical systems.
As Director of Modular Power Solutions, Justin Tinoco brings 15+ years of experience in the electrical construction industry, and he has been involved with Modular Power Solutions since its inception. Tinoco leads project teams on MPS’ most challenging projects, including data center, pharmaceutical, public works, commercial, and high-density residential projects.
As VP of Mission Critical for Rosendin, Justin manages Mission Critical project work, evaluating project construction means and methods.
